TERMS AND CONDITONS

Funds are payable in Canadian Dollars and INCLUDE tax
Payment - Cash, Visa and Mastercard.
A 50% deposit is payable upon booking.  The remainder is due upon check-in.
Cancellations more than 14 days in advance will have their deposit refunded to them (minus a $20 booking fee)
Cancellations less than 14 days in advance will forfeit their deposit
Pets are welcome with a one-time $25 pet fee.  Owners must clean up after their pets and never leave them in the suite alone.
We are located in a residential neighborhood.  Quiet time is 10pm-7am.  If you're looking for a place to party....this isn't it!
Renters paying by means other than credit card must still provide credit card info for damage deposit.
Renters will be charged for all damages incurred during their stay.
Tofino Cabinas are professionaly cleaned after each guest.  If you have left the suite unreasonably dirty, a $25/hr cleaning fee will apply
Check-in is after 3pm.  Check out is before 11am
